I'm Not Receiving Calls
Using iOS App?
If you're not receiving any calls, the most likely reason is that the app has failed to establish a successful connection to our servers. If you're on version 1.2.2 or greater, you can refresh the connection within the app.
Select the "Account" button on the home page. Then click "Re-connect", wait a few seconds and you should see your connection status as "OK". See image below.

If your Connection Status is still not "OK", please re-install the app. If it still does not work after re-installing the app, please get in touch with us: [email protected]
Using website?
Check Your Call Logs
Each time we make a call or try to make a call we create a Call Log. This allows you to see the calls that have been maed and allows us to produce some useful stats for you.
You can view the Call Logs by going to the My Account page and clicking the "Show Call Logs" button.

You should be able to view a list of all your Call Logs like so

Each Call Log has a status with a helpful message to indicate what went wrong.
Number Not Verified
This means you have not verified your phone number, head over to My Account page to verify your number.
Calls Disabled
You have not enabled calls, head over to Fajr Settings page to enable calls.
No Call Logs?
If you can't see your any Call Logs, check that you have a Fajr schedule. Open the Menu navigation and select Fajr Schedule, you should see a list of schedules like the image below.
